Stock items in the correct place. You had the top-of-the-line monitor (LG 5k2k) fully stocked (4x) in the location for the much cheaper, lower resolution model, nearly $700 price difference. What this tells me is the people that work there really don't know what they're selling, and have a much lower product knowledge than your expectations may have. I've been casually reading and building my own computers for years and I'm well read in technology but I'm not a professional and I immediately identify the issue. So not only do the associates not know what they're selling even the managers aren't able to walk by and a recognize and egregious mistake. To put it in a perspective, it would be like going to a car dealership to buy an S class Mercedes and the dealership has it priced as a C class. It's inexcusable.

No customer service. We were there for 30 minutes waiting to get help to buy a cell phone. Not one person stopped to ask if they could help us. In fact, I asked 2 people to help us and they said they couldn't.
Great products. Employees were nice and helpful.
