I went to buy an Apple computer and right away asked if I can use my apple balance. Was told yes. So spent a ton of time getting what I needed. Go to check out and can't use my apple balance. So I went to buy gift apple gift cards. I go to buy the gift cards and the guy tells me that it was alot in GC so he wants to let me know if I returned the computer to apple, he wouldn't be able to refund be the gift cards. What???? They are two different stores so why would I expect Best Buy to refund me if I have an issue with Apple. I'm 49 years old and in a wheelchair due to surgery...... setting the stage for what's next. I asked him why he thought he needed to explain that to me and he literally says "well many times elderly people don't understand how GC work" What the double hockey sticks??!!!! Eldery????? The nerve of him. I paused, let him know I was just going to be quiet for the remainder of the transaction which he proceeds to tell me I can only do 1 GC....I just stayed quiet and finished checking out. He didn't apologize for calling me elderly. He didn't say a single word after I made my purchase. Not even thanks for shopping at Best Buy. Nada. Zip. Totally unprofessional and the staff apparently need training.

1 is more they really should be getting. I called befor I went and had the hardest time getting a human on the phone. Then when I did she really didn't want to help. There is no direct line to any store for customers to call. And then phone call center quoted ne a price and then I drove the HOUR to best buy only to be rold they can't swap batteries I have the new one and just need it swaped. Apple refuses to give able care for my 2015 lap top and then best buy. They sent me to fing apple and they won't unless you get there battery and charge 400 to swap it out. Im tired of best buy and apple never will i get another apple anything they suck.

Worst service. Bunch of employees standing around talking asked one if I could get some help with the PS5 console. Looked at me like I bothered him then asked me oh you have questions with the ps5 said yes sir. Said ok let me call someone. Then I waited another 5. Still plenty of employees lounging but no help.
