This is a fairly large store. Very helpful staffing the floor helping you out. Anytime you make eye contact with someone they want to help you out.
You cannot phone the Best Buy store. A “virtual assistant”’ answers the call. If you repeatedly insist to talk to the store you get an 800 number operator, NOT the San Tan Village Best Buy store. The only option is to leave a message to get a “call back”’ sometime later. I wanted to find out if an item is in stock. I did not want to do it online. I wanted to talk to a human being. I am NEVER, yes that is NEVER going to back to ANY Best Buy store. I look forward to the day they go out of business. They certainly will with this level of poor customer service.

I would like to thank Nathan at the Geek Squad department for his help!! Yesterday we came in to have them look at my son's computer we purchased there (we didn't have an appointment). Nathan was so helpful & friendly, he did a thorough check and addressed our issues as well as looked at other things we had neglected. He also kept us updated while we were there. His customer service is a 10/10 and we would HIGHLY recommend him!
The store seemed really nice. Diego was really helpful. We appreciate his help in understanding the the details of the Nintendo Switch.
