Item labeled for 27.99 but rung up as 49.99. I told them there was 49.99 label for said item the isle. They asked me to go take a pics. I did. Then waited while they called a manager. To be clear, this is not item misplaced, there was no correct label for this item, it was all under a 'wrong' label. Management said yeah they're not sure why there's no label but there's nothing they can do but charge 49.99. Ok great, I understand mistake happens but maybe next time if you're not going to honor your labeling mistake, says so from the freaking beginning instead of wasting 30m of my time.

Many employees but no one can bother to look up from phones, to help a customer
I really appreciate the Geek Squad team here at the Costa Mesa location. They are responsive and helpful. I needed some time-sensitive help with my laptop and asked if they would be able to help me within a few days; they said absoluately, and in fact were done within one day. I can't say the same about another location that I tried where they were unresposive (possibly understaffed) and unhelpful.
