Long story short: too many employees not enough interaction or approachability. They could probably save a bunch of money by firing 3/4 of the team and keeping the 25% that we're actually doing things. Staff I did interact with were super nice though.

I call this stores number to talk to someone at THIS store. Yet I’m lead around for 5 minutes by their bot never getting anywhere. I’m only 21 and I remember when you used to actually be able to call a store. It’s beyond infuriating to have a simple question a human can answer in less than 30 seconds but unable to contact the store and instead lead around by a useless bot. I’ll be shopping elsewhere where because of it.
