Thank you Anthony and Jose,
In the midst of the Black Friday rush, late at night, we waited in a line 20 people deep. We had an online order but an error occurred with payment. The cashier was helpful but she didn’t know how to solve the problem, neither of us did. Then Anthony (who I assume to be the manager), could see we needed help and without even being asked to he assisted his cashier. He was incredibly nice but still very effective and direct; on Black Friday at 8:30! What could have been days of headaches became a swift and easy solution because of Anthony’s initiative. He personally lead us to the salespeople and Jose helped us the rest of the way. With nothing but the SKU number he lead us to what we needed, and helped us gather our items in the midst of the Black Friday rush. We could not have asked for nor expected better service. Thank you both again, a store is only as functional as its employees and this Best Buy has the best!
