Online ordering software canceled while I was omw to pick it up and my money wont be refunded for days due to a system screw up. Im a busy student and had to be late to my next thing. Your MANAGEMENT specifically needs to find a way to help people other than saying "there's nothing we can do." However, my associate helping me, Sim, did a great job handling the situation and I appreciated his work.

The customer service is trash geek squad service center is needs help unfortunately Fresno the only location. I had an appointment for 12:20 was able to check in on phone. No line still had to wait over 40 minutes. Just to talk then take phone saying it needs diagnostics done. Phone checked out but too another 40 minutes. Had a battery appointment for a battery replacement. Almost an 1.1/2 and they still haven’t started the repair. Comes back saying phone need to be taken apart to check the components. To change the battery took them over 2.1/2 hours to change a battery on a iPhone.

Every single employee I dealt with was absolutely amazing! I bought a TV that was on sale through Amazon and it ended up being broken straight out of the box and they dealt with the return in store and they were so great about the whole thing!

What’s the point of getting warranty when you can’t return the item that is damaged . Better to buy somewhere else than here save your money and time.
