We come here often but lately the services have gotten worse! Came an 30-45 minutes after opening and no one cared to greet you or assist you. We seen a few associates walking around doing nothing. I had to walk to get some help and he said, oh go to the front to aid for Apple Help. When the person in the front didn’t even care when we walked in. So we checked in and 5 mins later the same guy walking around was like oh I’ll help you. Like first of all we went to you earlier just to give us the runaround and here you are when he could’ve just helped the in the first place when we went to him. Geez there was hardly anyone in the store. We were so close to walking out. We could always get our electronic elsewhere. Have more associates and come check on the customers. Work on that.
