Great item's, prices are ok, but some staff have little logic on certain electronics.
Every time I come here whether it be as a customer or DoorDash driver, I get exemplary service from both the staff and the managers. They have not only saved my life, including today where I lost my key, but they have allowed me to have amazing opportunities like meeting, celebrities through deliveries or actually having people support me when I’ve been at my lowest moments. I’ve never had it friendlier and more helpful staff in my life, I highly recommend coming here, no matter who’s in charge.
I was in Best Buy 3 times today, trying to pick up a 3d printer I ordered. The website told me it'd be available in an hour, so I went 1.5 hours later and it was not ready. Went again a few hours later, still not ready. I could see an entire stack of them sitting on the floor, but for some reason they could not process my order in 3+ hours. The girl behind the counter did not offer any help, and basically told me it is what it is. She also could not tell me an estimate for how long it would take, nor what the delay was. I realize it's probably not her fault, but what a terrible system.
I went home and waited, finally receiving a message from Best Buy that my order had been cancelled, with no reason given.
So I go back to the Best buy, and just grab one of the printers and pay for it. It took five minutes. A miracle, right? Why does it take 5+ hours for the website to process the same order?
I took the printer home, set it up, and it doesn't work. I've had to file a ticket with the manufacturer, and I'll have to try and return the machine tomorrow at Best Buy.
The only reason I chose Best Buy was to expedite the process of getting this printer. It's a miracle Best Buy is still in business, good Lord folks. If I could give you negative stars I would. Terrible experience.
