Pathetic service. There was only two other customers in the entire store. Must have been 8 or 9 workers just standing around. There were 4 workers just standing around the front door. Told the girl I wanted some information on the video games. She pointed to the gaming section and told me she would send someone over and no one ever came over. 2 employees standing around the appliances never asked if I needed help. When I left I walked past the same employees who were sitting and standing around when I came in and not a one said a word.

I recently visited the Best Buy in Yorba Linda, and I had an exceptional experience with a sales associate named Matt. As soon as I walked in, Matt approached me and asked if I needed any help. He was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward, making it easy for me to find what I was looking for. I was in Best buy for a new laptop, and Matt answered all my questions with clarity and patience. His product knowledge was impressive, and he didn't hesitate to explain the features and benefits of each option. I ended up purchasing a new phone as well, and Matt went above and beyond to help me set it up. He took the time to explain each and every function in detail, ensuring that I was comfortable and confident with my new device. Matt's customer service was outstanding, and he truly made my experience at Best Buy memorable. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about ensuring I found what I needed. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who visits the Best Buy in Yorba Linda. He's a true asset to the team, and I wish there were more customer representatives like him. Came to this Best Buy location to pick up an iPad and I got horrible service when I got here. The store was empty not an employee to be seen and when I walked up to the order pick up no employee was there but on the customer service side there was an older employee assisting a different customer he saw me waiting there and decided to ignore me instead of getting a different employee to help me he decided to still ignore me. I waited there for 20-25 mins until finally another employee came out from the back and assisted me. Why did I have to wait this long for a simple order pickup of 1 item? Once I got my iPad I did notice the box looked like it was tampered with since both seals on the top and bottom can be peeled and put back easily and the bottom of the box looked like they dragged it on the floor it was dirty and stained. Time will tell I guess if there is any long term internal damage to the iPad. Best Buy this location needs some major work!
