Just as well, buy stuff on Amazon. Came in for a wireless keyboard, and they didn’t have it on display and won’t allow me to open the box to check out the keyboard before buying it. That’s the whole point of coming to a brick and mortar store now I need to buy it take it to the car. See if it’s what I like and if not, come in and wait in the returns and customer service aisle. Seriously Amazon offers a better shopping experience.

Delivery was scheduled 9/22\25 between 9am-1pm. Delivery driver shows up after 11and dont have my refrigerator. Are you kidding me? It's poor service to have a customer wait until Tuesday. I honestly believe your delivery company gave my item to the wrong customer. I know what my item looks like. Get it together with your delivery company. Makes best buy look bad.
