Never liked Best Buy since they did not uphold their Black Tie coverage on my sons computer. They proved to me they will lie and steal all the way up the ladder to their regional sales management team. I will never trust this company again.

I shop at Best Buy often—whether I’m picking something up for myself or grabbing a gift for one of the kids, they always seem to have what I need. If it’s cool or tech-related, chances are they’ve got it. I usually buy my security and surveillance equipment here, along with computer parts, laptops, accessories, and chargers. It’s a solid one-stop shop for anything electronic.
That said, the staff can be a bit overbearing at times. Occasionally, it feels like they’re unsure of where they’re going, or they’ll ask if you need help multiple times during a single visit. It can get a little frustrating, but overall, it’s still a reliable place to shop for all things tech.

My son purchased a radar detector, went out to vehicle opened it to find only two peices of wood in box...He went back into store all they would say is you'll have to call company that's not even our packaging... YET IT WAS SOLD TO HIM LIKE THIS!!! SHAME ON BEST BUY!!
