Great! They helped me get the right smartwatch just for me!
I've been to this store 2x in the last month. As a retail store front it is on it's way out. I guess focus is with online sales. 1st time was to purchase a camera. Walked in and finally found 2 employees at the back just talking. Asked where the cameras were and one employee walked me to the aisle but then just walked away without any more interaction. Selection on cameras was horrible. Not like it used to be. Ended up ordering one straight from Nikon. 2nd time I went in was to get an external hard drive. Again finally found 4 employees this time just standing together talking. Asked where hard drives were and only response was they are up front. Absolutely no interaction or interest in helping. 4 employees talking with no customers being helped...

Excellent in store service by ULI MELCHOR and by Geek Squad: Juan & Eric. True professionals from start to finish. Juan & Eric mounted my 65" TV and set up my receiver and new TV.
