This is such a horrible experience. My son and I went to shop for a VR headset, couldn’t find a store personal to get us there and chase around blueshift guys. After finally finding one, he lead us to the corner that has headsets. You cannot try it on, because it is fixed and locked, if you want to buy, you have to get it out of the cabinet below. And you can’t have it at that point, he has to carry it with you around the store until you pay for it. I was frustrated, but ok that is a store policy. We went to pay and found out return policy is on 14 days, in order to have longer, you need to be a Best Buy member, pay 45$ annually. I asked why only 14 days, and it is again store policy!!!! I pulled out my phone checked on Amazon, delivery time is 4 AM next day. I can literally have it shipped in front of my door from amazon within the next 10-15 hrs. Why bother having the worst experience at this store?? Why hasn’t Best Buy bankrupt?

Dear Best Buy Customer Service, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment I received at the Best Buy Dublin location by the Geek Squad team on March 21, 2025 As a loyal customer, I was deeply disappointed and hurt by the mistreatment, lack of acknowledgment, and overall unprofessional behavior I experienced. Upon entering the store, I was ignored by multiple employees. When I sought assistance, the lead associate was rude and dismissive. When I asked for a supervisor, Greg, he treated me even worse. I was ultimately asked to leave the store without being helped. As an African American customer, I cannot ignore the feeling that race played a role in how I was treated. No customer should ever feel unwelcome or mistreated based on their background. I am extremely upset by this experience and believe it is important for Best Buy to address potential bias in its customer service. I am requesting a formal review of this incident and would like to know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others. Please provide me with a response regarding this matter Angel .
