... [2] Beware of the scam of the "My Best Buy membership". If you call in to cancel so you no longer receive PESKY emails? they instruct you to delete The Best Buy App on Your phone = BOGUS. IT APPEARS you must go to their website and log out.

[3] If you call their 800#? they are rude. If you call the store ph#? they direct you to the 800# .
+ TO ACTUALLY COMPLAIN TO THESE ISSUES? ONE MUST GO INTO A STORE. HOPE THEY DON'T KICK ME OUT OF THE STORE FOR BEING UPSET THEY WASTED MY TIME.
