Called the store about a month ago and asked about the return policy. The guy told me 15 days to return the item and 30 days to price match. Here we are 25 days later and they said I can't return the product. I'm so angry right now I don't even want the item. But wait I can't return it because I bought it more than 15 days ago. And yes I even asked the girl at the register when I picked up my item. She said "I'm not sure I think it's 30 or 60 days, if you want to return it make sure you keep the box". Why hiring people if you can't even train them about your policies.

Over the past two years, Jordan has proven to be one of the most helpful, friendly, and hardworking individuals I’ve ever met. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his genuine approach to assisting customers have made a significant impact on me. Because of Jordan, I have not only returned to this location but have become a regular customer, often visiting on a monthly or even weekly basis. Knowing that someone as knowledgeable and dependable as Jordan is there gives me confidence that I’ll receive the best possible assistance. As a Data Engineer, I also recommend this Best Buy to my peers and colleagues, specifically pointing them to Jordan for his exceptional service. His professionalism, work ethic, and ability to go above and beyond have truly restored my faith in this store. I am incredibly grateful for the positive experiences Jordan has provided and highly recommend seeking him out for any assistance. To find Jordan, he usually works at the front desk in security, greeting customers as they enter and leave the store. If he’s not there, he’s either assisting on the sales floor or helping with customer service he’s that versatile! He is a true asset to this location and undoubtedly one of the best employees I’ve encountered.
