Appalling customer service, ordered a few items for the business, items arrived partially and staff is clueless about lost items. Called the location, got routed to an AI in somewhere within this planet. The manager.. who? well of course the floor manager 'is not here right now" Absolute abomination of an experience.

I had a horrible experience with their shipping. They delayed my products about 15 days. Eventually they brought and didn’t leave in my backyard and didn’t wait for me at least 20 minutes to get home. But gave me 5 hours range for delivery and called me 5 min before.
Best Buy Magnolia at Burbank does incredibly bad installation of expensive equipment. Never the same team arrives so they have no institutional memory of the issues at my home.
In addition, you cannot ever get through to a live person on the phone. All you can do is fight with a machine babe. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Went to this Best Buy the other day to pick up a good condition open box laptop. It didn’t come with the charger even though per the website, I would think of it as an essential accessory rather than non essential (not necessarily included in good open box). What disappointed me more was when I brought this up with the store pick up rep, he didn’t seem to want to bother to help me or reach out to a manager. Heavily disappointed with the service here.
