I agree with the manager at this location, after he came out saying he’s checked the cameras and will deal with the line cutting. He ended up letting all 5 line cutters skip ahead of a mom with her baby that was waiting for 3 hours. When I confronted him about not doing anything, he avoided responsibility to keep his word of taking the situation serious. In fact, he tried blaming me and everyone else behind me in line for not saying anything, then what’s the point of having cameras?? So I agree with the manager, they should reroute all pokemon product away from this store Since it seems it can’t be managed properly. Why not have a district manager come and do some actual work since they’re getting the bonuses without doing any of the work.
I’m just disappointed the manager refused to be a man of his word.
