1 start k went to pick up the tv 45 from my house I assemble the tv when I done I notice it was no power cable I got in the chat support the guy told me to buy a new tv and return this tv so I get all the accessories wtf what kind of costumer service is that I just need the damn power cable that’s all it needed so I told him that I only need the power cord that I don’t need a whole new tv then what he did he told me is that I could buy the cable I told him that I wasn’t the one who package that tv and make the mistake they should be the ones giving me the cable then he said sorry but thats the solution he had I call the costumer service was not as bad but he want me to go back to the store to get the cable why not just give me a gift card so I go to the one close to my house ? Simple why Best Buy costumer service is making things so hard ? Things like this shouldn’t be this hard is simple but Best Buy is either going down hill or their costumer service in India is just bad 😠 anyways I have to go to my local Best Buy and buy the cable from my pocket smh no wonder anazon is taking over they would fix this so fast and easy
I’ve been coming to Empire Plaza for years, and I’ve visited this Best Buy multiple times. Unfortunately, it’s often the same story, they either don’t have the item in stock, or they’ll direct you to another location for pickup. On the plus side, the store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Parking at the plaza is a breeze, which definitely helps.
They do have a solid selection of TVs, but before you buy, I’d recommend checking Walmart for pricing, then ask Best Buy for a price match, which they usually honor. One issue I’ve noticed is that it can be tough to find a team member who really takes the time to assist you, unless you’re clearly shopping for a big-ticket item they might earn commission on. For smaller purchases or general questions, the support tends to feel rushed or minimal.
Overall, it’s a decent store, but there’s room for improvement in customer service and inventory availability.
I purchased a tv and the hand remote does not work. They are making me run around in circles and after 3 phone calls they told me to call Samsung directly lol. 2 days out of the box and the remote didn’t work .Samsung didn’t help either because they need me in front of my tv during work hours
