I am extremely frustrated with Best Buy's "store pickup" ordering system.
I went through the checkout and payment process 5 times, and it failed every single time. Every agent I talked to gave me a completely different story and a different excuse, showing total lack of coordination.
After wasting a whole morning and part of the afternoon trapped in this loop, I decided to take my business to another store where things actually work.

Bought a discounted TV that was an “Open box”. It was supposed to be checked and in good working condition…
It had bad physical damage!! These idiots never even looked at it!! They Just sold me a broken item.
This is the second BAD issue with Worst Buy in 1 week. Incompetent & Unforgivable!!!
