Best buy is a total joke i had 2 purchases just over 2 weeks and just to let you all know apparently they have a return policy of only 2 weeks be aware.
Amazing. My PC went down after the cooling failed and burn my motherboard and CPU. Geek Squad went above and beyond and offered to do the needed repairs for the cost of parts, removing the labor costs because they knew I was disabled and that this PC was one of my main resources. Thank you for getting something so important back up and running for me, and working with me on everything. Will definitely be going back to these guys in the future when I save up to get an upgrade or something new. We need more people in large companies that treat humans like humans like this!
And they even made the repairs look awesome as well!
It would be nice if they had more options for games for ps 5
I’ve had a series of issues with this Best Buy location over the years. I once purchased an unlocked phone, only to discover it was actually locked when I tried to use it. I took photos to document the issue, but they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I had to go back and forth with them to avoid the charge.
More recently, I bought a TV that was scheduled for delivery. The driver called me close to the delivery time to say it needed to be postponed to the following week. I went to the store to cancel the order, but for some reason, they canceled it without issuing a refund. I had to call a couple of days later to find out that the refund had never been processed.
Most recently, I ordered an item that was supposed to be ready for pickup the next day, but it’s now showing that it’ll be ready for pickup a week later.
The staff are generally nice though.
