I used to purchase numerous items from this store. I pay hard earned money for geek squad and protection plans. I would walk in and several workers would check on me and ask if I needed any help. If they couldn't help they would guide me to someone who could. If I did not need help they would always say, if you do come ask for and their name. Today, we walked in they said hello but didn't ask what we needed. I said I was looking for screen protectors and cases. They pointed said over there. We walked around 3 sections 4 times. Nobody came and asked if we needed any help and didn't even bother to notice we clearly needed help. I did not bother to ask, because obviously they didn't want to help in the first place.
So we walked out and sadly they lost us buying products we clearly need. It will be a long time before I go back and probably reconsider renewal of any plans I pay hard earned money for. Plus, I checked and it said they had what we needed but I was never able to find it. This seems to happen a lot.
