This Best Buy is SO nice! We were greeted immediately, and it wasn’t in a pushy way, it was in a conversational & wanting to help way. They directed us to where we wanted to go, and the website for this location was actually accurate! We went for a game that we saw was on clearance but could only buy it in person, so we went and it was there and for the same price as it said. The bathrooms were easy to find and SO clean too! Very friendly staff, very nice (and big) place.

I was looking for a HDMI to Display Port cable and the Geek person was not sure of what was what and if in fact what I bought was truly uni directional from HDMI to outside screen display port. Otherwise, plenty of eye candy and ideas for birthday gifts and Christmas.

In regards to a recent transaction in the Bethlehem, Pa. Best Buy store. I was trying to return a
Galaxy Folding Cell Phone, that was over heating, popups, and this was the third time taking it back for service. When I suggested return for an exchange as it was only bought in February 2025, new. The person in the Geek Squad, started taking nonsense about taking the phone to The Whitehall PA Best Buy store, and see if I could get an exchange, stating they are a Galaxy Dealer. I had to roll the dice, as I couldn't get them to verify that they would help me, as I was only asking for an exchange not a refund, and having to travel from Bethlehem to Whitehall's Best Buy...I am one of those customers who has all the merits, you know valued customer...All the Protection plans...This is how you treat valued customers... Upon Arrival to Whitehall's Best Buy......They informed me they are no longer a Galaxy Dealer, for sometime......However, they did go out of their way to help me.....Now come on people in the Bethlehem store....Get with it...Whitehall's Best Buy stated they had to go against policy and took my situation seriously. They made the exchange to my satisfaction...When I previously had an issue with a pair of headphones at the Bethlehem store...I was given store credit and was able to buy a better one....I was told they can't do that with cell phones....I am glad I am such a valued customer...Most of those guys in the Greek Squad are really great in the Bethlehem store. This experience was unnecessary, and could have been prevented With better customer service....
