Best Buy Wesley Chapel

Ordered a PS5 online from. BESTBUY SITE. it said it would be delivered the same day by Roadie. After 6 hrs we received no updates other then it was being prepared. It provided a Roadie tracking number that said it was cancelled 2 hrs earlier...we received no update . We found that on Roadies tracking. We called BB and the AI service said it would be delivered the same day that we ordered it. By 845pm we received notification it was delayed and we would receive it in a day or two. Also it all of a sudden was no longer available for same day. Absolutely disappointing. Don't advertise same day delivery if you can't fulfill the order.

R.C. Was super helpful and friendly. Helped me find the KPDH trading card packs and pick some out. I was concerned with people weighing the packs since they are left out and he reassured me that doesn't happen at their store. Also we couldn't find the Zoey branded packs at first so we checked the back of the store and found them. Thank you R.C.

I had some family coming from abroad who wanted to buy some electronics. I took them to Best Buy in Wesley Chapel, but I warned them about my experience in other stores: “forget about getting any help, everyone is crazy busy and if we are lucky to talk to someone usually it's the one who has no clue” I told them. CAMERON GRANT proved to me that I was dead wrong! He spent so much time with me and my family that I started feeling bad for him, because I knew it was a busy store, and he was so patient and so knowledgeable that he impressed us very much, to the point that I offered to write a review, and I hate writing reviews (and when I do it is never a good one). So they ended up buying a couple of iPhones and on the day after we are still talking about this young guy, and I'm fulfilling my promise.
