I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy today, mainly due to the associate!! Kira B. was not only helpful, but very nice, and very thorough!! Like is said at another store, she made shopping a pleasure!!

After going to the geek squad for help with my phone, I found another very pressing problem. No one would help me on my pnone.Best Buy support hung up on me twice.I feel senior discrimination from the store.

1 item per person. Not per sku, one singular item in an entire drop, per person. Every other BestBuys do per sku, just this one in particular has bad faith management
