I had made an appointment with the Geek Squad to replace my iPhone screen . I drove 40 miles with a newborn baby prepared to get my phone fixed at my
Appointment time. Turns out that someone called in sick so they were not able to fix my phone that day. It would have been nice to get a phone call ahead to let me know, they did set me up with an appointment the following day, but under my
Circumstances it just did not work out. I ended up getting it done in town for $175 instead of using my AppleCare.
Bestbuy team associates and managers Jacob, Joseph, Martin and Geek Squad team associates and managers Adam, Tony, Kevin meant all my expectations. I was very impressed with all their customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend that all customers to see all the associates and managers that assisted me during my customer amazing, awesome store experience. I am very satisfied with my purchase and now I can share this with my family. Having a piece of mind and having all my questions answered, means alot to me. Thank you team for allowing me to be part of the Bestbuy and Geek Squad family. Keep up all the good work guys and continue putting smiles in customers faces and lives.
Cans here to get a privacy screen and protecter. It was pricey and then the charge to $7.99 to put it on. Not bad per se but it used to be free.
Purchased a new fridge/freezer today 4/22/2025. Inspected the box before leaving the store. Box was not damaged. Took the fridge out of the box when I got it home. The fridge has a dent in it. It was most likely there when the fridge was boxed up. I have tried to call the Modesto Best Buy location numerous times to try and resolve this. If you call the store, it connects you to “customer service” in another country. They then transferred me three times to other departments because no one can help. This is quite frustrating. Will be returning the fridge and buying from another retailer.
