Great store! Always appreciate acquiring my tech at this reputable franchise. Fairly competitive prices when on sale and it’s also very convenient being able to use the lockers for pick up.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We have been TotalTech customers for years, purchasing many devices for members of our family, yet I have spent almost 8 hours over 5 days, two in-person appointments, three phone calls with the store, one online chat, and one 1-800 phone call, and still do not have a replacement or reimbursement for my phone that was purchased under their Total Tech plan and been continuously paid for, including the additional $9.99 each month after the original two years. I understand that there is a "processing error" that needs to be followed up on by corporate, but it is unacceptable for the customer to be inconvenienced this way. The Geek Squad members who offered in person service were very nice and polite. It is certainly not their fault, however, Best Buy as a company needs to have better policies and service if they want to continue to get business.

Store was very clean and staff was helpful and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Didn't have what I wanted in stock as the app said it did. Could of have been just a delay in reporting inventory.
