Worse experience ever. Stephen one of the managers came over to assist me since I didn't understand something. Yet instead of helping when I started asking questions his response was "I'm not going back and forth with you." Which was very confusing since I've been coming to best buy for over 15 years and have never had any issues. I had to ask him if he was racist which he didn't respond since I still don't understand why he was so rude. He told me I only had 2 options and wanted me to leave. I was with my 8 year old son and he asked why was he so rude when ask you was doing was asking questions. Worse ever. If this was the only time going to a best buy I wouldn't go back. I know I'm not important in the bigger picture but speaking to anyone with respect costs nothing.
Went to another best buy and they explained everything to me in 2 minutes and all it took was for them to hear my question.
