I purchased a TV and unfortunately could not take it immediately home due to space in the vehicle. When we went back to retrieve the PURCHASED TV, we found that someone had investigated our purchase (weird) and they said that the price was wrong, and that in order for it to be released to us, we would have to pay more. Like what? It’s already purchased, it was our property at that point but they refused to hand it over. This situation was handled so poorly. Customer Service is non existent. Asked for a refund and they lost my business for good. Thanks for nothing.

When to get a freezer and Christopher was very professional and helpful. He knew and understood my needs and responded according to my questions. Great person great store everyone was very friendly and I felt good vibes. Would definitely purchuse more items from this store in the future.
