Tyler is the absolute BEST employee here. I didn’t even have to go all the way in the store and he helped me with everything! They were unable activate my key code for webroot that I punched in Nov 2025 that is valid till Nov 2026. So I had to buy new webroot and pay extra. Never buy Webroot linked with best buy membership. It doesn't work and Greek squad couldn't resolve it even after 5 hrs of remote session

I reached out, like stated, just to be told what I already know they sold me the wrong warranty. The store rep had already informed me I was correct they do offer one that would just replace my device, but for the camera it is covered differently which I was never informed about that.
