I reached out to Virtual sales regarding an internal hard drive for my MacBook Pro computer. After giving the agent my specs, he sold me a hard drive and adapter. Once I arrived at the store for pickup, I made my way to the Geek Squad counter only to find out that the hard drive was incompatible with my particular MacBook. I demanded a refund, and left the store on satisfied. I ended up purchasing and upgrading the computer at a local computer store for $40 less.
Looking for something that the website said they had in store but, come to find out they DON'T!

I give the manager and representative 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 stars; they both made my experience easy and simple. I had purchased a Rexing dash cam in 2022. Yes, I did purchase the Geek Squad yearly protection plan as well. The manager gave store credit for my old Rexing dash cam.
As of last week, my dash cam started to glitch; it would turn on and reboot itself over and over. It just would not stay on.
The representative, Cheryl or Charlie (woman), I can't remember her name exactly. She took her time to help me find the right dash cam. Thank you both for your concern and helping replace my dash cam for a newer version. 😊
