WHAT A JOKE THAT WHEN YOU CALL BEST BUY IN EDWARDSVILLE, IL YOU GET A CALL CENTER IN SOUTH AFRICA!! AND CAN'T REACH ANYONE AT EDWARDSVILLE, IL. THAT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND WHEN THEY SCREW UP AN DELIVERY THAT IS SCHEDULED YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE STORE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT. I BELIEVE I AM FINISHED WITH BEST BUY.

Didn't have any cases for a Fold phone in stock. Bummer.
Don't waste your time calling, AI robot call is a joke, took 10 minutes to connect me to someone only to get disconnected. 10 minutes wasted for a 30 seconds question that didn't get answered.
