Could had more communication between the workers
We went in to the Best Buy to purchase a Washer and Dryer unit for my daughter and her spouse, they are Navy Veterans. We explained that it was to be delivered to Alton, IL three times and the girl put it in the system, unfortunately she messed the order up and had to reenter it three times before it was accepted and purchased so somewhere along the way she messed it up and today when it was to be delivered to Alton, IL they tried to deliver the units to our house in Texas. When I told them they had the wrong address they still tried to deliver it and then I called Best Buy and they said there was nothing they could do until the delivery was declined and turned back over to Best Buy and investigated and then they would try to contact me to get the items redelivered to the correct address. When I tried to call the store I was re-routed to a call center. Apparently the store is not taking calls because they have so many complaints. NO wonder with such poor mismanagement. Had I known that Best Buy was the worst place in the world to purchase appliances from I would never have gone there to buy for my family and now we are stuck, no money and no washer and dryer with No Options as they have us over a barrel and they will not call me back!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AT LEAST NOT IN EDWARDSVILLE!!!

First stereo installation was excellent. That is why I chose Best Buy to purchase and have installed a second stereo in a different vehicle. The appointment was canceled by Best Buy and my daughter still has not received a call back to reschedule. I don’t have the kind of time to drive the hour to and from the store (the closest one that does installs). The new AI generated call routing is horrible! You get to hear a half dozen “I don’t understand” from AI lady before you finally get a real person. That isn’t located anywhere close to the store. Just at least have access to a customer service rep. located at each store to call. This isn’t something that I should have to drive 2 hours to accomplish.
