Horrible service. The store was empty and all the employees were standing together talking. I was there for 45 minutes with 1 hand in a cast due to surgery so I couldn't use it as all. No one asked if I needed help and when I would ask about a product I was ignored or they would answer the question as they walked away. Sat on hold in the parking lot for an hour trying to speak to someone and while I was on hold I went back inside and noticed all the employees still talking to one another. Just tried to call corporate to file a complaint and was told they would not transfer my call. I called 3 times before I gave up. I recorded the calls. I see why everyone shops on Amazon and doesn't want to go to places like this. I had 5k in my pocket to get a new Cell, tv and a few other things but left with 5k so I am happy I didn't spend my money there. I ordered a cell online. So much easier. I also noticed the only people going in the store were trying to return stuff. Just sit outside for an hour if you really want too see how dependable a place is. Thanks but no thanks best buy.
