Bought a laptop here, felt joy at the start,
But the deal took a turn, stung my heart.
A young, pushy kid, naive and bold,
My age, but aggressive, his pitch over-sold.
He pressed for Best Buy’s rewards, wouldn’t bend,
I said no—their data games I won’t befriend.
Big corps like them sell your info for gain,
Offer credits to mask their profit campaign.
I didn’t want them cashing in more on me,
Declined the deal, though a hundred was free.
The salesman scowled, like “no” was brand new,
His ego bruised by the choice I saw through.
DeAndre helped me with a technical problem I was having with a recent purchase which is why I always purchase my electronics from this store. If not for him I would have had to return my item.
Went for a dashcam installation. The technicians were great. Very good and timely installation and a walkthrough of camera operation. Very pleased.
Garbage company. Bought a protection plan on TV. Remote stopped working which is supposed to be covered. Went to store who claimed to order a new remote. Days later got email said that couldn't get remote and would reimburse me if I bought one. I sent them email telling them to just provide me a universal remote since I would not be able to find exact remote anyway. Crickets. Doesn't honor their protection plans. Lesson learned is to always buy at Costco. This garbage company will soon go bankrupt.
