Garbage company. Bought a protection plan on TV. Remote stopped working which is supposed to be covered. Went to store who claimed to order a new remote. Days later got email said that couldn't get remote and would reimburse me if I bought one. I sent them email telling them to just provide me a universal remote since I would not be able to find exact remote anyway. Crickets. Doesn't honor their protection plans. Lesson learned is to always buy at Costco. This garbage company will soon go bankrupt.

So far, so good! I was able to get a front and rear dash cam installed for a decent price. Pros: Good pricing and convenient service. Cons: If your appointment is scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes, I'd recommend planning to pick your car up closer to the 2.5-hour mark—just to be safe. No call or update when running behind, would be a nice touch, ya know? *Dropped my car off at 3:10 PM and picked it up at 5:39 PM. Overall, I’d come back for their services.

The computer geeks at Best Buy were awesome! (Though it’s not right that the Apple computer guys are called “genius’s” and the Best Buy computer guys are called “geeks”… that’s just wrong!). Thanks for all your help!
