I was helped by Jon, he was the manager on the floor that day, He was patient, profesional, helped me with figuring out the right product for me, and scheduling a service. Provided great service, and was knowledgeable.
Took a friend to pickup a power cable. They didn't have it.
Very poor. They charged me $200 for a visit that they did not make. And then on phone the person was useless. Do not go there or contact them...especially the appropriately named "Geek Squad" -- or even more the "useless sqid"
