Went into add a new line to an existing phone plan and the phone salesman ends up switching from a current iPhone 13 to the iPhone 17 thus locking both phones out. Is that there for a half an hour before we asked if it would be better off going to AT&t. Save yourself the hassle just go to AT&t or Verizon
