Lied to me about a phone protection plan and actually signed me up for a membership, ive been in the store multiple times to get help on the issue after best buy customer service directed me to come in person and talk to a manager. They have been giving me the run around for days. Unprofessional people and poor business practice. Just buy your stuff from different retailers folks. They could have easily kept a customer but they would rather have this be the experience I share with everyone. That I feel robbed.
Also dont buy a protection plan, they wont honor what they originally offer and ask for more money.

I walked into Best Buy today and was immediately hounded by employees. I hadn’t been in the store for two minutes before I was being followed and approached repeatedly — even when I tried to walk in a different direction just to browse in peace.
There’s a big difference between offering help and hovering. This was uncomfortable, intrusive, and honestly insulting. Customers shouldn’t feel like suspects the moment they walk through the door.
If you can’t even let someone shop for a couple of minutes without breathing down their neck, you’re doing something wrong. Give people space — that’s basic retail respect.
