Came this Best Buy early for the 60th anniversary sale and specials. I waited in line at 7:15 a.m. for both the Pokémon card drop and the 60th anniversary gift card. I was really hoping to get both and was well within range to get the gift card while waiting at the Pokémon line. However, the store manager created a second distinct line just for the gift cards that was not announced. So if you wanted both the Pokémon cards and the gift card, you had to wait in line for Pokémon, make your purchase, then get back to the second line for the gift card.
I complained to the manager about the lack of communication about the two lines, but he claimed he told everyone, but he didn't go telling the whole line beyond the front.
The lack of empathy and organization from the manager soured my experience with Best Buy. I don't know if I would want to continue to make purchases at Best Buy or partake in any of these promotions in the future.
I purchased a new insta 360 camera, and MacBook Pro. I was planning on using Best Buy’s 0 percent financing as I already have an account and have used it to buy many things previously. The cashier did not let me choose the option and said that I would have to call corporate to apply.
That’s never how it’s worked before. I bought everything then and there cash but the 0 percent financing is amazing to take advantage of. We had 20 minutes to closing time and I know the cashier just didn’t have any to go through the process. Last time I’m coming to this Best Buy and may just shop online to avoid people who don’t want to do their job.
Hard to find anybody to help you.
I am genuinely pleased with my decision to purchase the latest model printer, particularly due to the exceptional professionalism and high level of assistance provided by all service members. Luis, in particular, stood out for his helpfulness and extensive knowledge, making the entire process smooth and reassuring.
