Bought an open box Gas oven from this location. I had to schedule 4 appointments. On the 4th delivery day, the driver calls me and says that he can only drop it off and can't install it. I had to cancel the 4th appointment. I paid for delivery and installation The driver's manager called me and left a voice mail saying that I rejected the gas oven because it was damaged. The driver never even came to my house. I wonder what is happening to Best Buy. I hope it doesn't end up like Circuit City. I cancelled the order in the end. The worst customer service I have ever had.
