We have the membership here, so whatever we buy gets an extra warranty coverage.. We bought a new fridge a few months ago, was assembled incorrectly, so they came and just replaced it, no questions asked and white glove service...
Plus what I like, no pushy salesman..They educate and leave you be, I like that..As well they ordered some items for me and free shipped overnight to my house...I love Best Buy and open box items as well..
Don't forget about Best Buy! You may ask yourself, how is Best Buy still a brick and mortar business? If you go in, you will find out. The staff at customer service and technicians in the Geek squad are both knowledgeable and friendly. I had questions about an older Bose surround sound system, hardwired in our house and they were able to answer all my questions and provide the new hardware I needed to pair the system with newer technology. It works great! Thank you for being awesome!

Beware of Fraud, My son got scammed by a Cellphone representative for a brand new phone for FREE on Black Friday. Yeah, BullSheet , received the contract details and there is no credit for the phone. Called the number on the order, They cannot cancel the order nor were credit expected. This is illegal tactic. Basic bait and switch from Best buy representatives.
Stay away from this place.
