Great customer service.
I had purchased TV online, I didn't install/hooked up for about a week. The TV worked well for a couple of days. Then the TV started having continues sound issues, it would go into headphones & get stuck. It was only 3 weeks old, however it was past the Best Buy returned policy with in 14 days. The mgr decided to replace my recently purchased Pioneer Xumo TV. Thank yall & I will be promoting business & your services
They were very helpful also greeted me and showed me where the item was that I needed. Thank you Best Buy Team.
Employees need to learn how to communicate with the customers. If the customer opens a product that should not be opened please put up signs in the store for clarity. It's called communicate nonverbal.
