Went there for a TV. My husband is a geek when it comes to those. He's going to ask a lot of questions because he has done a lot of research. We walked in and were greeted, but that was it. We looked, and we looked, and there were 2 Best Buy guys talking about a corvette but never asked if we needed help. We looked around for a good 20 minutes before I told my husband, "Let me go ask." The gentleman that greeted us when we came in was still at the front, and I asked if there was anyone to help us find a TV. There was another couple that looked as though they were waiting as well, and the guy came out and started helping them, and then our service rep came and helped us. She had helped my husband previously, and he said she knew her stuff. She answered all of hubby's questions, and we left with a 48" tv. Sorry, I can't remember her name and for sure my husband will not, but she was great and the highlight of our visit.

Customer service was decent.However, I had to settle for an hp instead of vizio
