WORST best buy don't come here! Customer Service sucks! NO HELP. Not worth it. Go to the one on 41 there great!

Has a lot and very excellent customer service

I used to love shopping at BestBuy, but now I hate it. At some point, they switched over to a sales queue approach which forces the customer to wait around for their app to tell the sales associate that you’re waiting. Multiple sales reps walked by with nothing to do, others sales associated chatting with each other and yet the customer continues to wait. Not one of them would make eye contact with me. Its 1130am and the store has very few customers. Whoever came up with this operational “efficiency” move should be fired immediately. I asked to speak to the store manager, and that kicked off yet another app request on the sales associates tablet. After waiting around even longer, I finally gave up and walked out of the building. Never again. I’m sure that this operations strategy results in lower overhead for the organization, but it immediately translates to a horrible customer experience. Game over. I’d rather buy the apple device from Amazon.

I made an appointment to have a camera installed on my son's vehicle on the phone. The person who scheduled the Apmnt was from Honduras south America. I explained what type of vehicle I had and didn't even question what type of camera I needed for the vehicle When I got to the store the techs were not able to do the work. Best Buy has gone down in service. They have opt to use out of country technical support. Reduce the American staff who knows what you need. Just to reduce their company cost for cheaper labor. That's a shame. The gueek squad for auto, and electronics department is not the same. That is a shame😔.
