Avoid this store like the plague. Regularly not greeted when walking in, none of the staff wants to help, and half of them couldn’t if they tried. Went to get my PC fixed and they put an incompatible part in it, without first even asking me. Go to Tamiami Sarasota Best Buy instead, night and day difference with a respectful and helpful staff there.

One of the worst stores. No one will help, you have to track them down to even ask them a question and even then, they are rude. Terrible experience, multiple times

I just bought and pick up a Refrigerator as new but, was clear used in the past, with marks and even dents around. I am coming to to give it back, I will update the review after the store interaction

I've been a Best Buy customer forever. However, this location although I've been there many times and shop many times it's getting worse every day. I have to wait around honestly not joking if I say one hour for someone to show up and help you they take your name at the door, but they're always short of staff and no one's there to help today. I waited easily for 25 minutes and then I walked out. I'm sure eventually they looked for me and called my name, but as a paying customer, I don't think I should be treated like that.

After reading many other reviews, I understand that I'm not the only one waiting around.
Everyone has the same complaint over and over and someone is reaching out thanking them for the comment, but obviously it's not making an effort.
Is clear that someone knows where the problem is not making an effort to fix it. It's another problem.
I have a business consulting firm. Most of what we do is trained businesses on customer service and customer satisfaction. I hope you guys make some changes.
