This place always looks like it was looted
I usually love Best Buy, but today it took forever today to try and exchange my iPad Air for one with cellular. They didn’t have it in stock, then they could not look up my Best Buy credit card account, but overall I like Best Buy and I especially like their sales!

Advertising lower pricing on the tag directly under the unit, for that exact model, tried to charge 70 more dollars at checkout. Told us the auto price update machine system missed that item, and they can't help that. I asked for another manager, who said they can't give it to us for the price they have on it, it's corporate that does it and they can't do anything about it.
It was already a 300.00 carpet cleaner, and they now were trying to charge us 370.00. Totally ridiculous that a 70 dollar discount for their false advertising, was not worth them making a 300 dollar sale, and keeping a loyal customer.
I thought is a business was Advertising an item at a certain price they had to honor that price. No good customer service or honorable business conduct here. 😡
