Tried to buy a car stereo, and the worker clearly didn’t know what they were talking about. I was only sold a mounting adapter and none of the required wiring to connect the stereo to my car. Additionally, I was sold the radio under the impression that spending over $200 would get me a free install (which I had asked the worker about while they were grabbing the stereo). I was only informed that this service was no longer available and it would be a $50 install plus an extra ~$20 for the wiring harness they missed AFTER I had already purchased the device.
I give two stars because I was able to easily return the stereo and adapter and take my business to people who know what they’re doing.
