Looking for a laptop for my college bound child, picked one out then initially would not honor price marked which we have picture of and when tried to get them to honor it we suddenly could not buy either from the store or online as not available and would not sell us display; so basically advertising a computer they purportedly can not get in any fashion; The customer service number given was a horrible AI tree and finally after getting through to a human, got transferred only to be told had to send an email and there was nothing that could be done Very disappointed and will never shop there again

I went to your Augusta, Maine store today because I needed my laptop checked. The young man (Michael M.), helped me with my problem. He tested it to see if I needed a new battery, but found it was the motherboard. The computers at the store were down so he gave me his card to call and make an appointment. I was set up for the same day in the afternoon. Michael M was so helpful in finding a new laptop, which I purchased right away, and he found me one better than the one I had chosen, and it was on sale. He explained everything I would need to do next. He set up another appointment for me to have the data transferred once I receive my new laptop. Michael had patience, a smile, and a calming affect on all that happened. Being a "Senior" he answered all my questions and was so very kind. HE'S A KEEPER!! Thank you Michael!!!?

Glad we still have one of these stores around! Staff is always friendly and helpful
