Thank you so much for limiting Pokemon cards to 1 per item per customer per day!! The scalping needs to STOP and I commend Best Buy for doing the right thing so regular people with ACTUAL JOBS, and little kids, can get packs for actual retail price! GREAT STORE!!

Not a great experience AT ALL! The employees weren’t polite, OR helpful, IF you could find someone. The items I needed were IN the wrong place, and priced incorrectly, and when I told someone and asked for help with understanding they ignored me and did not fix it. NEVER AGAIN will I come here if I can help it!
