My "Geek" tech was borderline unwelcoming. "Waiting" area is small and awkward. Tech seemed mostly concerned with the install price that I was incorrectly charged for more than anything. The tech kept getting interrupted by other customers. Install literally went from "1 hour" to "1.5 hours" because of the rear cam. The appointment was ACTUALLY from 10:30 am to past 1:00 pm! Yet at the end he was still concerned with charging me extra so he "got credit" for the install. I literally waited an extra 15 min when he was 5 mins away from finishing the job because he helped two other customers. He called for assistance but the co-worker just took a step back and stared while he finished. The cameras I got installed don't work well (neither have not connected to wifi since install). I also have a leak in the back of my Jeep now and my rear wiper does not work (when it did before; was unable to use the rear wiper during recent travel to San Antonio). I paid $179+ times two dash cams plus install for two vehicles. A customer should not be penalized for being quoted an incorrect install price. Since install these garbage dash cams have been on sale. Horrible experience!
