Employee bet me his paycheck to prove he was right...I proved him wrong...still waiting for the paycheck. The amount of times employees give you wrong info is way too much.

They sell you a “Protection Plan” and make it sound so good until you need to use it. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for an in home repair, they canceled last minute and rescheduled for an additional 10 days out due to their tech being sick. This is almost a month without a tv. So a big store like Best Buy only has one repair tech, this is ridiculous. You can’t reach a live person at the local store, they send calls to “Geek Squad” call center only to be told the rescheduling is handled by the store. I went in person to speak to a manager who was worthless. All I got was excuses. They make it so difficult to get an actual repair. This was a 1200.00 purchase, I’m so disappointed in their customer service and store manager. I’ll definitely reconsider before I purchase anything from them again. Terrible, terrible customer service. Oh and don’t forget to make your monthly payment on that tv you can’t use…
