Got my iPhone 15 pro screen replaced here, I have apple care so the fee was minimal. They finished it fast and phone looks brand new 😃
Use the geek squad to set your phone screen, if it's messed up they'll fix it. Very nice peeps.

Potentially the worst customer service I have encountered. I went into the store and went straight to browsing for cameras, then I went to look for help after deciding I needed it. Only one employee was decent enough to acknowledge and stop to answer my questions about cameras (and it was a Samsung representative/employee btw). He told me he would call for help since he didn’t know too well the Best Buy system, and I waited around 10 minutes to get the help, which obviously never came. Then, I accidentally set off an alarm on one of the cameras and not a single employee from the 5 that I saw pass by or acknowledge what was happening bothered to stop and check on the cameras, to turn off the alarm, or to check on a customer in need. Overall, on the way out of the store feeling very defeated were some very nice employees that were just standing around :)
Poor customer service!! Wife and I went with intentions of buying 2 apple ultra 3 watches. Sales people 3 of them just hanging around cash register. We waited over 10 minutes of them looking at us as they were busy looking at each others phones. We left and won’t be back to this store.
