Place an order 315 system said it would be ready in an hour. I call four hours later order is still not ready even though it’s only two TVs. I get a bogus reason from customer service saying they had to verify things when the payments already went through the only thing you need to verify is that the TVs are there which takes an entire two seconds call corporate to complain. All I get is an AI and then it hung up on me will be canceling my order and absolutely never again purchasing anything from Best Buy again now remembered why I stopped going there in the first place.
They have computers, the staff know nothing about computers unless they look on there phones....I can do that. My whole purpose going to best buy was to get knowledgeable help. Between 3 people and lots of looks from other workers that were lost as to help me with a laptop to meet the requirements of a computer program that my walmart special would not run. It is really sad because I wanted to speed money there.

Best buy employee " Jordan", outstanding. He was very helpful . He assisted me in finding a soundbar for my mother's new television (Birthday gift!). He activated a demonstration of the soundbar's performance, allowing me to make my decision with confidence. Thank you Jordan and thank you Best Buy.
