I bought a Epson printer there just under two years ago. With it I got a two year warranty ( one year came with it and an additional year I bought. Well I have been using the hell out of it. The quality of the photo prints is phonamal . Well a few weeks ago the printer died . I mean a gear locked up and to just locked up. Well I took it back to Best Buy and they said the warranty had a week left and they took it back and gave me enough money to buy a new one. The new one works great. I love the eco tank ink system. It is certainly better than cartridges. Oh! And I got enough money back to get another two year warranty! I have the Epson ET 3850.

I returned a christmas gift as I did not like it. The worker taking my return processed it without informing me of a $45 restocking fee or offering me a gift card and just refunded it to the purchaser. The worker was extremely unprofessional and seemed as if he did not want to be there or was under the influence. Both would not surprise me. When I got back in line, I went to a different cashier and he told me that I should have been offered a gift card and not sure why I was not. I have shopped at many best buys and this one has always extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be back
