The day I was here i was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Hope they keep it up. Austin at the Geek Squad area was very helpful in helping with a computer and iphone issue.
11-12-25-on 11-10-25 I purchased a large TV along with delivery & install services.
I was told on 11-10 that the delivery & install team would call me in the morning of 11-11 to set a time range for this delivery and install.
On 11-11 I received a text message that stated that their arrival range was between 7am & 7pm along with a link that stated "as soon as the route for the day starts, I will be updated with a narrower delivery & install range.
This never happened so at 3:15pm I called the posted 800 number and was told that this delivery would likely not happen on 11-11 and she wanted me to set another date for delivery and install.
I asked if I would be expected to stay home for another entire day.
She did not have any info on this issue, so I asked her to have someone call me who could answer this question.
11-13-25-This just keeps getting better.
Now Best Buy has rescheduled this delivery and install for 11-17-2025 for between 7am & 7pm without my input.
I have appointments throughout this day that I will not be able to reschedule.
I keep asking for a call and I get nothing but an automated schedule set without my permission or input.
Best Buy please call me so I can decide with all of this real data who I should do business with.
I do not have any social media accounts that I can send Best Buy a private message on.
I am in the Best Buy system as a member of your Total program.

Best Buy is such a wonderful company, however the man at the host stand, Joel, was so disappointing. He acted like we were a burden and was just irritated the whole time. Train your employees better!!!
Excellent customer service. The employee was very quick to ask if I needed assistance and immediately took me to the area which had the product I needed.
