Brought in caddy for radio installation, they got it to work but the only steering wheel controls that work is the volume up
Will definitely be bringing it back to be done correctly

I recently had a disappointing experience at Best Buy. I spent nearly $150 on a product that was already opened, and to make matters worse, it was missing and replaced with a bag of flour in a ziplock bag. I think management should do a more thorough check on returned products. Or better yet someone who's working there is tampering with their products.
