I feel the end of Best Buy each time I step inside. Less and less on the shelves.

Adam Wilford and Sean from home theater are absolutely exceptional! Sean was super nice and helped us pick out our 100” tv, mount and set up the delivery and install and made the process efficient and fun!
Unfortunately, on the morning of the delivery, I received a text stating that it was cancelled. After calling the number and speaking to someone that I’m assuming was at a call center from overseas it frustrated me even further as they were absolutely no help at all and wouldn’t even allow me to talk to a manager.
We decided to go back to the store so we could actually speak to someone. We started off talking to Sean which was extremely empathetic and apologetic and then he called Adam Wilford into the conversation. Adam worked his tail off to make everything right! Even after we left the store he followed up when he said he would and did everything he promised! So many people have a bad habit of over promising and under delivering, except for Adam Wilford and Sean! It was refreshing to not ever have to chase them around for answers or anything, they followed through and repaired a bad situation that wasn’t their fault. They are absolute assets to the store and represent Best Buy Oakdale perfectly!

I was on my lunch break in need of some headphones before I went back to work so I checked out the website seen what was in stock and pulled up. I was in and out fast enough. The workers were helpful. Great experience and when I let the cashier know I was on break he still gave me the warranty talk but kept it brief so thank you for that!!
