My TV arrived defective and I’ve been waiting for 2 months for the new one to arrive and Best Buy keeps cancelling my delivery of the new one. Stuck me with a defective TV and no respect for my time. I plan to buy a TV and home theater for my basement next year and guess what. I won’t be shopping at Best Buy.

Don't order any appliances here...takes months for a delivery time...There customer service for anything On Line is poor at best( no pun intended !)
Hopefully the new CEO ( Jason Bonfig) can right the ship!...Remember Mr. Bonfig, this is a Minnesota Co. and with 17 stores in the State you would think they would have a warehouse fully stocked with what they put for salel on their floors...Get a new supplier that isn't over seas!!! Thank u...MJS
