They really need to hire real sales people instead of the 16-19 year olds that only worked at Burger King, etc. before this can could upsell the fries with the Burger. Every customer needs real advice from knowledgeable, trained sales people . . . not some "Oh yeah, this TV is great etc." They have to realize I am never going to buy your warranty, installation, etc. I am a real estate agent with 32 houses all paid-off . . . that means when I buy a TV or anything else from you, I am going to pull out cash from my wallet, I am not going to give you my name, phone number, ever, you are not going to be able know who bought it or try to call me a few months later trying to extend the warranty, etc. I always like it when they try to say "We have a 3 year or whatever protection plan, etc." I always cut them off, say "NOT INTERESTED", pull out the cash and if they have the audacity to ask for my phone number, guess what I don't give it to them . . . . .
It is always nice to go in there. I get to look at all of the audio components and tvs
Lazy workers sit around talking rather than helping customers
