The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, Best Buy is an unprofessional company; otherwise, they would not have sold me two phones that do not work: a BLU, which breaks if barely touched and has sound so terrible that one cannot have a decent conversation—isn’t that the purpose of a phone? And an iPhone at $179, whose battery lasts only 3 hours.
Now I have to go back to Best Buy to return that second phone that does not work. I should have gone with BackMarket.
