AVOID They do not honor their own policies. They refused to price match from Costco even when it’s an approved competitor. They refused to honor a $30 price match after I spent $1500 on Black Friday here. Not only that, but I have been paying for their expensive TOTAL membership for the past three years only to find out that I am paying for almost no benefits as installation services were quietly removed as a membership perk. I was sold the anual membership on the promise that services like installation were complementary. No wonder people buy mostly online these days.
