Worse customer service ever. Every time I walk into this store I leave upset. They have a ton of employees walking around and make you wait for someone to come assist you whenever they feel like it. I’m sure they have lost a ton of business to Amazon and they still fail to offer decent customer service. Every time I come in to buy something, I end up buying from Amazon because I get tired of waiting. Nobody in that store has a sense or urgency, you walk in, and it’s like you’re invading their peaceful relaxed ambiance. Here I am again, leaving and buying what I came to buy from Amazon. Best buy is nothing like it used to be. They should consider moving the store online only.

They told me they were going to price match a product and never submitted it. Customer service does not help and other Best Buy locations are not willing to help out either.
