We bought an open box over the range microwave from your Westminster location online. It was advertised as excellent, works and looks new. After making a 60 mile round trip, we opened the package to see a large dent on the front of the appliance. I immediately called Best Buy and was told we could return it to any location. The following morning we went to this Culver City location to make the return. We spoke with the manager Carmen, and was told they would not take the return because it was damaged and that we had to go back to Westminster. This policy is nowhere on your website and your phone staff knew nothing about it. It didn’t matter what we told Carmen, she didn’t care, she didn’t want to hear it, just repeated the store policy. When I told her I would never shop at Best Buy again, she basically said I was free to shop where I wanted. I understand the need to follow company policy, but this policy is stated nowhere online and is also unknown to the Best Buy call center who told me to make the return at any store. Additionally, Carmen couldn’t care less about our business and was totally unhelpful. For these reasons, I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy and will take my business elsewhere.

Shortage of staff Nobody is taking care of you. Headset demo playin was not working. Spent 30 mins for nothing and left there, now heading to different bestbuy.

I went to this Best Buy to return an EV Charger. When I got there, one of the employees by the name of, Katia approached when I was at the line waiting. I explained what had happened and the reason why I was 2 months late in returning this item. I was prepared to be there for a couple of hours. But for my surprise, Katia spent only about 5 minutes to solve the problem. I spent almost 2 months with customer service trying to get help. It took, Katia 5 minutes . Katia, I hope they make you Manager, you have an amazing customer service.
