It's just no surprise why Best Buy is going under. What an unbelievably bad customer experience after I went out of my way to specifically try to support retail. This will be my absolute last.
Carmen. The wonderful "customer service" rep literally told me to just go shop somewhere else that she didn't care after only 30 seconds of talking. Will never bother with this again. Whether she has no training or management was careless enough to place her in such an ill fitting position stands regardless. I can just go through Amazon or one of your plenty of other competitors.
Such a shame. Best Buy used to be really helpful.
