I got a projector with speaker that he offered more than $2500. No sound from speaker I took it back to switch they blame me I don't have optical cable.they did not help.they try again nonresident

This Best Buy has been going through some really bad employees and management the store is hardly stocked. Some of the employees won’t even help you they will tell you to talk to another employee and toss you around like a dumb ass. They would have inventory in the back but won’t get it for you and items won’t get stocked. They have a small dedicated parking spots but are always full. Parking can be found throughout the parking structure. Overall I do not recommend this Best Buy for big purchases, like TVs..etc.

They wouldn't let me use the bathroom while I was there. So I went home and bought the ssd on amazon instead.
ps The target location has a public bathroom inside.
