Complete Nightmare, The Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had with Best Buy. This review is about an online order issue, but I’m leaving it here because Best Buy as a company absolutely failed to help me. And this is, without exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy. I purchased a $400 AirPods Pro Max, and Best Buy—along with their carrier—failed at every single point of responsibility. My package was never delivered to my address. FedEx’s own GPS showed that the driver delivered it to an entirely different building, nowhere near my home. There was no delivery photo, no signature, no call, no verification—nothing. Of course my AirPods disappeared, and I spent the entire night searching everywhere, not even finding a trace of it. The package simply vanished because of their carelessness. And unbelievably, that wasn’t even the most infuriating part. Best Buy’s response? First, they told me they could help and that a replacement might be arranged. I waited for updates. Then suddenly—out of nowhere—they sent a cold, dismissive email saying they could offer nothing. When I contacted customer service, I was told that their “back office team” had closed my refund request, claiming—without providing any evidence—that the item had been delivered. When I asked what proof they had, they couldn’t provide a single thing and just repeated that it was “beyond their authority.” No investigation. No accountability. No empathy. They washed their hands clean of a $400 loss that their own carrier caused. In the end, I paid $400 for absolutely nothing. This has been one of the most stressful and infuriating customer service experiences of my life. Best Buy has shown zero responsibility, zero transparency, and zero respect for their customers. The moment something goes wrong, they abandon you. I am genuinely shocked that a major retailer thinks this is acceptable. If you are considering buying anything valuable from Best Buy—especially something around $400 like my AirPods Pro Max—please reconsider. If your package gets misdelivered or stolen, Best Buy will not help you. They will leave you to deal with the consequences alone. I will never trust Best Buy again, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you are willing to risk losing hundreds of dollars with no support whatsoever.

Total Tech is total BS. I have been paying for Total Tech for 3 years now and right when something happened, I took it in and by golly I am outside of my 2 year protection... What do you mean? What am I paying $180 a year for exactly? Why didn't they say this when I bought it with my computer?... They said anything that happens, water damage, anything, you are protected.. I asked them what am I paying for and they said software protection...I'm an IT person; I don't need software protection. The computer I bought Dell Inspiron mouse pad never worked and they always kept updating my software, sending me home and then the pad would stop again. Never again will I give them my business. They lie about everything and sell you things that are not necessary! Best Buy is a joke!

I wish I had good things to say about this Best Buy. No wonder people are starting to go more online than to deal with incompetent people that work. This store is not up to the standards as the Santa Monica location .
