Buy products at prices 20% higher than Amazon! If you can find what you want, of course :) And of course, all the staff are unfriendly, do not provide any professional explanations about the products, and you have to wait 30 minutes just to check out! 😀

The staff are impatient and do not provide any real help with the products. Customers visit physical stores because they usually do not have expert knowledge about what they are buying. If a buyer already had sufficient knowledge about electronics, they could simply purchase them online for a lower price. If the only job here is to scan barcodes and process payments, the owner might as well hire a mini-mart cashier at least the checkout would be faster.

I asked a store employee for help because I couldn’t find an item, but instead of assisting me, she dismissed me and told me to look for it on my own. When I asked why I would come to her if I could find it myself, she responded coldly that it was not her problem, told me to come back only after I found the item, and stared at me in a hostile manner. Customers who visit this store expecting basic assistance from staff may end up feeling disrespected or emotionally uncomfortable. Please be cautious before shopping here.
