Culver City, Best Buy at Westfield Mall great customer service in and out with a TV and a vacuum in less than 10 minutes.
I had a very negative experience at this establishment. The security personnel's constant surveillance made me feel uncomfortable, and the cashier's unprofessional demeanor further exacerbated my discomfort, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a federal building. I will not be returning to this location, as I believe I was subjected to discriminatory treatment.

Drove out of my way for a computer with a great deal that was available in their system, but magically disappeared when I got there. And it still shows as available right now, as I write this. Manager just told me he doesn't know, and offered no solution.
Not happy. I tried calling the store to verify before driving over there and got a representative in India who couldn't answer any questions.
