I went there to fix my pc that I have had less than a month.. tower was sent to me by a 3rd party so their wasnt a ton that they could do but they did EVERYTHING they could do by sending me in the right direction, walking me through everything as easy as possible and helping me figure out the most easy, beneficial and cheap way with out it costing me my limbs to get it fixed.. I was so frustrated and annoyed with my situation im not sure if my pissed off crying scared them or if they were genuinely concerned.. I want to think genuinely concerned but its funny to think maybe scared lmao anyway Braedon was my main help along with 2 more tech guys from geek squad and the Mannager at the time of 5pm Aug. 26th! (I apologize for not remembering the name!) The amount of respect and helpful hands they shown me is incredible and I have an insane amount of respect for them and the time they gave me and respect they have shown me during this process! I am beyond appreciative of the gratitude shown!
