The store manager Mike was rude. Another associate was able to help me within 30 seconds getting the right item. Mike was more focused on repeating himself with no answer to my question. Boo Mike.

Best Buy at Ingram is my go to place for all of my electronic purchases. Store is always clean and well organized. Employees and management are friendly and well informed about their products. I have never had a bad experience for any of my store returns. Best Buy gives me peace of mind for all my purchases.
