I was conned into switching phone services to att promising lower prices. The biggest mistake i ever did. We spent 6+ hours at the store and when we left we no longer had phone service I had to wait 3 days until our new phones arrived. I canceled att and if it wasn't for one man, Dermitri Att I would and should have gone public with this story showing the monopoly the store created by using best buy to lure customers. They're not even part of best buy nor att even though he wore an att shirt.
