**Update!**
A rappresentative from best buy US (not from the store) contacted me and spend just enough time with me for solve the problem that the store created, he sent me a check for cover the cost of the remote that I bought in the meantime, honestly he show professionality and much more smart behavior, the ideal for talk with customers. I feel more safe to buy again in other store thinking that i can still contact him directly again in case of problems!

I Bought one open box tv for 600$, for real was a demo version because was still the tag on the energy guide on it (the website write clearly that one open box it’s a returned item), all the documents where missed and the remote. When I called the store I was treated very bad at my request of have one remote. For 20$ remote they get one star. Shame of them!

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from the outlet or Best Buy at all. We got a washer from them in August and by December it was broken. It was under warranty and we were given the run around and lied too on multiple occasions. Every single person employed by this company that we have spoke to has the brain capacity of an acorn. If they try to send you a 3rd party technician (specifically a gentleman named Alvin/Al, avoid at all costs) they will mark in the system that they have came to assess the machine when in reality that is a lie and they never show up for their scheduled appointments. I took THREE separate days off work waiting around for these people. Eventually I get them to send out a Geek Squad technician (Trevaughn) and he orders parts for the washer and sets a day to come and fix it once they arrive. Great, finally getting a resolution or so I thought. He calls the day of the appointment to tell me he cannot make it to the appointment anymore but the store manager (Brad) “approved an exchange”. Cool. We will go up to the store and pick out a new washer for the exchange. We do that, set up delivery, and they come to deliver us a DRYER. Our dryer was fine. Our issue has been the washer….. so once again I’m sitting on hold with these people, almost 3 months later with no resolution. I’ve got a broken washer and 3 boxes of parts sitting at my house that they sent to us for the technician to fix the washer that nobody has even tried to actually fix. The customer service supervisor, Tonya, frankly should not be a customer service supervisor let alone a customer service rep at all. She’s rude, interrupts, and speaks to you like a toddler. Dealing with ANYBODY at this place feels like a fever dream. Nobody is on the same page and they get an attitude with you for THEIR mistakes. They set up an exchange to be delivered this Monday so we will see how that goes but I won’t hold my breath. This place should be ashamed of themselves. You’d think I was asking for a rocket science to come out and fix the issue. A complete waste of time and space. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Looking to update the kitchen, with a new range . Looked at 50 different models at 3 different stores. Then we came across this Viking six burner gas top and oven. Found ours by accident sitting all by its lonesome . What's better is over $4000.00 dollars off price tag.
This unit is a piece of artwork from the cast iron tops to the massive oven racks. Happy wife happy life!

Is the stove 100% complete??
Oh yes , it's not missing anything !!
Remember that statement.

Paid for complete delivery, gas line install and setup of stove
Item 3)
Store contact is impossible.
You get customer support in India,
That literally has no idea to what is going on with your purchase.
Except to charge you $100 more than what you've already spent for delivery setup.
All this Without your approval.
Cancel your order for you.
Then reschedule your stove delivery 6 days later then the original date.
Tell you you can sit around for 12 hours and see if it gets delivered ??
They're like talking to a rock !
Totally fu_k everything up.

Trip back to the store !
They re check all the charges to make sure they were correct the first time. And they were !
Now the slot on the delivery truck is gone ! I'm having a party the next day with 20 people coming to my house .
They promised once , on the purchase date it would be delivered on that Friday.
They confirmed that promise again on the 2nd visit , you won't miss your party the manager and I will personally take care of this.

What really happened??
Two guys show up, clearly not the sharpest pencils in the box.
Not motivated to make any delivery, request my wife shovel the sidewalk. F-them, she did throw calcium down on the sidewalk. They tried not to deliver the stove saying it was missing parts, that didn't work, they tried to say the stove has no tie down for tipping. Customer service took care of those issues, it was not missing a leg a leg cover.
They delivered the stove, said they don't set anything up. Just drop off. Left a 1-in gas line for the stove, wrong ! Should be 1/2 line .
So I'm left with a stove I can't use .
Had to contact a plumber to hook up the stove. That's a service charge and $100. Hr.

They over charge you for bogus charges for at least 100.00
They lie !
Make promises they don't keep !
They lie !
I have to return the gas line, get refunded.
I have to go back to the store , get a refund for install and setup.
(Remember we just drop off)
Complain about the rudeness of the delivery drop off guys.
They're laziness and not wanting to do their jobs.
Need customer service:
3 out of 6 burners do not ignite properly or at all.
Should be reimbursed for the plumber.
Sad , customer support and service is a nonexistent.
Everyone has a different story.
The burners that do work , are wonderful to cook on.
The oven works flawlessly and bakes wonderful.

This particular store has a huge selection of discounted appliances. However, you have to call the manufacturer to find out if the appliances come with a warranty.
