Absolutely disgusting Best Buy, the nastiest I’ve ever seen a Best Buy. Everything’s falling apart, completely unorganized- the store looks like they moved in years ago and just never unpack. Price tags hanging right off the shelf and ALL the demos are dusty and dirty, we saw mold growing in several demo pcs. This store should be shut down on a health code violation alone- and to top it all off there’s loud construction happening all over. I am a huge lover of Best Buy, I even used to work for them back in the day in my hometown and I only have nothing but great things to say about Best Buy. But this store shocked me in the most disappointing manner. Employees weren’t even educated. Felt like I was just in a Walmart tech area. Shame on whoever that manager is.

La peor tienda un sector de turistas y nadie hablaba español yo quería regresar lo que compré por qué salió malo y hicieron de todo con migo hasta me hicieron firmar un losing sin darme cuenta por qué el que me atendió no hablaba español y todo estaba en inglés el solo me decía que firmara, ahora me descontaron de mi cuenta y eso que regrese el producto, llegó el supervisor y antes señal genio porque que yo le hablaba por traductor. Que mal experiencia me llevo de esta tienda.
