Una experiencia inolvidable
Tecnologia e muitos eletrônicos.
bought an Alienware laptop; everything was fine up to that point and the laptop works well. The problem is that the salesman asked me to sign up for a membership 3 times, and all 3 times I had to tell him no. He kept insisting, saying 'you can cancel it later,' even though the membership was useless to me—just a way to squeeze money out of me when I was already buying an expensive product. On the other hand, I agreed to buy a Microsoft Family membership, which wasn't exempt from his heavy persistence either, as he told me I absolutely needed it, which is a lie.
Now, to make matters worse, I received an email from Best Buy saying it will automatically renew annually on my credit card, when I never authorized that, and right now I can't cancel it. The man is bald and said he was Venezuelan, about 45 years old, and a bit overweight. I recommend you hire staff who don't just shamelessly and unscrupulously try to take people's money by telling them lies, and that you make it easy to cancel memberships. Since I don't live there now, I can't go in to complain until I visit the country again. Best Buy is still a great brand, and aside from not being able to cancel the membership, everything else was very good. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Thanks."
