Great picture, terrible everything else. I ordered an 85" OLED LG TV last November based on a deal I received from LG, for a few hundred dollars off. They completely welched on the deal and then took over 2 months to deliver teh TV and despite numerous calls to their "help" center, they simply passed me off in a never ending ring of BS, nothing ever actually got resolved! Obviously the discount (entire reason I purchased through them) was never honored. If I had bought the same product through BestBuy, I would have had the TV in 48 hrs or less and spent only $300 - $500 more... no question better service.
But the TV itself... great picture, probably worst everything else I've ever experienced in electronics. Worst UX. Worst UI. Absolutely worst POS controller my wife or I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with and try hooking your BT headphones or anything else up to it... HA! enjoy the 30 minute adventure in (callback) WORST UI EVER. Please, someone, Kell this terribly managed brand and sell their IP off for scraps to a company with a more worthy product manager.
